Your jewellery is made to be loved every day, but please note we cannot take responsibility for any lost or broken jewellery after 30 days from your party date.

If your piece happens to break within 30 days, we’re happy to repair or replace it – in store only.

After 30 days, repairs will be charged at standard repair rates.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Once your guest numbers are confirmed and deposits are paid, the total amount will not be reduced if numbers change.

Final payment for the booking must be made no later than 1 week prior to your party.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, the host will be asked to sign a consent form before the day of the party.

This form confirms that all guests understand the service, aftercare and eligibility requirements.

Please ensure guests arrive on time so we can fit everyone in.

All Permanent Jewellery fittings are performed by experienced staff with care and professionalism, but as with any jewellery service, individual results may vary.

For off-site parties, a travel/setup fee will apply depending on your location.

Guests must be aged 12+ for Permanent Jewellery services (parental consent required for under 16yrs).

We reserve the right to decline service if we feel it may not be safe or suitable for a guest.
